Avocado Cacao Mousse
-1 ripe avocado
-1/2 banana (optional)
-1/4 cup raw cacao
-2~3 drops of stevia
-1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
-Sprouted buckwheat or quinoa or other kinds of sprouted grains
-Ground coconut or slices
Mix the avocado, banana and stevia in the blender.
When you have really good dough, you can top it off with some sprouts or coconut slices or even both if you like it.
